Bathroom renovation: the various stages

Once your budget and project have been established, all you have to do is make an appointment with our team. We'll arrange an appointment to take measurements and parameters, and discuss the various options with you. You'll receive a free estimate and a plan to give you a more concrete idea of the work involved.

In the case of a partial renovation, we work on the basis of what already exists, taking into account electrical installations, as well as water supply and drainage points. Where feasible, we propose solutions for covering the tiles, which not only proves economical but also avoids major costs, particularly in the event of asbestos (for buildings dating from the 50s and 80s). As far as electricity is concerned, our teams seek to optimize existing electrical points while preserving them as far as possible. An electrician carries out checks at the end of the work.

What makes us special is our ecological and biocompatible approach to the work. This means we can offer you solvent-free materials for coatings, which are less harmful to your health, as well as solutions for recovering and renovating certain elements where possible. What's more, we avoid joints as much as possible, and avoid areas that are conducive to the proliferation of mould, fungi and bacteria, which also makes for easy maintenance of the bathroom.

For bathroom renovation work, you should allow between 5 and 10 days, depending on what needs to be done.

The first stage is dismantling, during which our teams install protection for passageways and plastic dust seals. The workers then dismantle the equipment and expose the space (depending on the project). Next, all technical systems (electricity, water, drainage) are checked and adjusted, followed by the application of sealant. This is followed by floor and wall covering, installation and commissioning of sanitary fittings, furniture and accessories. At the end of the job, we put the finishing touches and check that everything is in order.
