In our Fitness Center we offer a wide range of training possibilities. Fitness equipment with the most modern equipment is available for our clientele. Thanks to technical advancements, training goals can be set individually and adapted to the personal needs of each customer. Our well-trained instructors accompany and motivate our guests to achieve their goals.

In the wellness area our guests can relax. The Finnish sauna with seating and lounging options can accommodate up to ten people. The adjacent relaxation room with comfortable loungers invites you to unwind. Yoga courses round off the offer.

The second floor makes the heart of every fighting sports fan beat faster. Around the striking boxing ring, training equipment is positioned, which is suitable for training martial arts. In addition to boxing, kickboxing, karate and judo, self-defense and women's power courses are also offered.
