In Bach flower therapy according to Krämer, a system of splints, gemstones and aromatherapy are included in addition to the individual flowers, as needed.

By taking a splint combination and the corresponding external flower, the acupuncture meridians and the corresponding chakra can be influenced. The splints can also be used to treat therapy blockages that may be responsible for stagnation of improvement or resistance to therapy.
