I trained as a relaxologist in 2020, then as a sophrologist in 2021, to be able to accompany people who want to take care of themselves. Hypnosis is a wonderful technique for many different fields. I've tried it myself on several occasions and felt the need to be able to share it, as prevention or to guide people through difficult moments in life.
