Cupping

Releasing blockades.

During cupping, a vacuum is created on certain areas of the skin with the help of suction cups. This creates a stimulus in the organism that dissolves blockages.

Cupping is mainly done on the back, as this is where the reflex zones are located that are connected to individual organs in the body. Cupping is applied to hardening of the skin, elevations and slight indentations.

The dry cupping

In dry cupping, suction cups made of glass - so-called cupping heads - are placed on the skin. By sucking the air out of the glass or by heating the inside of the glass for a short time with the help of a flame, a vacuum is created on the skin. The resulting negative pressure stimulates blood flow and lymphatic fluid; local blood circulation in the skin and muscle layers is promoted.

The cupping massage

Here, after prior oiling of the skin, the cupping head is pulled over the skin until it reddens. The aim of this massage is to stimulate blood circulation in the body.
