WELL POWER (Wiesendangen)

Already as a child I was a movement person. At the tender age of 6, I took up apparatus gymnastics and practiced it with passion and great ambition until the age of 16. Even after this time, sport accompanied me in all its facets throughout my life. After the birth of my son in 1998, sport came to the fore again. Since I was not completely happy in my job at that time, I decided in 2002 to start the 2-year training as a certified wellness trainer. In 2004 I was able to receive my diploma and turn my hobby into my profession. Since then I have been working on a private basis under my own name WELL POWER. With a lot of commitment I teach my participants Pilates, YogaPilates, Chi Yoga, Hatha Yoga and Nordic Walking.
